New York Governor, Andrew Cuomo, has made a public statement regarding the legalization of recreational cannabis in the state of New York, planning to legalize by April of this year. This is a huge move for the fourth biggest state in the United States of America and one of the biggest cities in the world. Is this in response to New Jersey's legalization of recreational cannabis right next door? Perhaps Cuomo is trying to garner some support for a potential future presidential campaign?
