Peppermint Bark is usually a treat made during the winter holidays, but if you enjoy peppermint and chocolate there is nothing stopping you from making it year round.
12 ounces white chocolate
6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
4 tablespoons cannabis-infused coconut oil (they offer a recipe or you can use your own)
½ teaspoon peppermint extract
3 candy canes (crushed)
9×9 baking pan
aluminum foil or parchment paper (we prefer parchment paper)
